I understand vendor setup begins at 10:00 AM*

I understand the event begins at 12:00 PM and I must arrive and be fully set up before this time*

I understand that no vendors will be allowed entry after 12:00 PM*

I understand the event ends at 6:00 PM and I am expected to remain set up for the duration of the event*

I understand there is a non-refundable $30 vendor fee that must be paid at the time of submitting this form. My spot is not secured until payment is received.*

I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Nevermore Events Company, Nevermore Gunslingers, Dog Green, Vaughn Army Cares, the event venue, and any affiliated organizations, staff, or volunteers from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in this event. I understand I am responsible for my own property, setup, and any damages or injuries caused by my booth or products.*
