Setup Time Acknowledgment: I understand that ALL vendors must arrive and complete setup between 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM on September 19th. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of space without refund.

Payment Acknowledgment: I understand that all vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of weather, attendance, or personal circumstances.

Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement: I agree that my business operates at its own risk. I release and hold harmless Nevermore Events Co., Unbearded Media, The City of Lytle, and all event organizers, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, loss, or injury that may occur before, during, or after the event. I am responsible for my own property, setup, and any required permits, licenses, or insurance.
